About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Open files administratively
- Verify that the insurance policy coverage has been acquired
- Defend the insured’s interests through amicable resolution or litigation
- Provide legal information and advice
- Monitor and follow up on cases
- Complete comprehensive training on the company’s tools and methods
- Join the Legal Protection claims management team
- Liaise with the Recruitment Specialist and Department Manager throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Law, ideally with a broad background in private law
- Rigorous and well-organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong analytical and summarization skills
- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach
- Experience managing legal cases is an additional advantage
- Open to recent graduates
- Available for a permanent, 37-hour-per-week position, Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
