About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage projects from the initial idea through go-live and beyond
  • Gather requirements in workshops with business departments and executive management
  • Translate requirements into Salesforce solutions
  • Configure data models, Flows, reports, and permissions in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with developers in Germany and India on development topics
  • Plan and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Maintain ongoing client communication and provide status updates
  • Support and further develop systems after go-live
  • Train users
  • Document the solutions created
  • Use AI tools and support their implementation for clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with Salesforce projects as a consultant, project manager, or administrator
  • Ability to configure Salesforce independently
  • Ability to maintain an overview while managing multiple clients simultaneously
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Good English language skills
  • Experience with financial services providers is a plus
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator or Consultant, are a plus
