About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Clarify requirements with customers’ executive leadership and business departments
- Independently implement data models, Flows, Apex, and integrations
- Introduce AI into customer processes using Agentforce, Claude, or suitable tools
- Make architectural decisions within projects
- Serve as the team’s technical point of contact and provide support on projects you do not lead yourself
- Conduct code reviews
- Support colleagues in Germany and India
- Ensure proper version control, testing, and documentation
- Develop standardized products from support and onboarding packages
- Create templates, implementation scripts, and rules for AI agents
- Make proven project results reusable
- Build and share industry expertise in financial services providers, processes, data structures, and requirements
- Spend approximately 60% of your time on customer projects and 40% on team and service development
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have led Salesforce projects for several years as a Senior Consultant, Developer, or Architect
- You can configure and develop Salesforce solutions
- Git, Salesforce CLI, and automated deployments are part of your everyday work
- You already use AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Agentforce in your work
- You have informed opinions about what AI tools can and cannot do
- You can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Very good German language skills
- Good English language skills
- Experience with banks, insurance companies, asset managers, or FinTechs would be a plus
- Salesforce certifications, such as Developer or Architect certifications, would be a plus
