Key responsibilities & impact

Lead discovery workshops with executives, business leaders, and operational teams
Understand customer objectives, processes, pain points, existing systems, and reporting requirements
Translate requirements into future-state processes and recommended Dynamics 365 capabilities
Conduct fit-gap assessments and identify extensions or integrations
Define phased implementation roadmaps
Collaborate with specialists and technical architects on integration, security, and data migration requirements
Develop statements of work with deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria
Break projects into workstreams and estimate functional effort
Identify risks, dependencies, resource requirements, and cost or timeline factors
Partner with sales to qualify opportunities and assess solution fit
Lead executive presentations and deliver tailored Dynamics 365 demonstrations
Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and customer workshops
Maintain reusable demonstration environments, scripts, and business scenarios
Support licensing discussions with licensing specialists
Collaborate with marketing on solution materials, webinars, demo videos, and campaign content
Present at customer events, partner sessions, and webinars
Develop repeatable assessments, implementation packages, and industry offerings
Support functional design, configuration, testing, training, and adoption where required
Maintain continuity between proposed solutions and implementation
Help resolve functional questions and assess change requests
Mentor junior consultants and improve discovery, documentation, and demonstration standards
