About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the GBS HR Global Process Owner in designing, implementing, and continuously improving key HR processes
  • Analyze existing HR processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Design and document workflows, procedures, and controls
  • Ensure processes align with best practices and legal requirements
  • Lead implementation of revised HR processes, including communication, training, and change management
  • Monitor process performance and maintain up-to-date process documentation
  • Implement process improvement initiatives and use data and metrics to track performance and trends
  • Conduct regular process reviews and audits
  • Identify business opportunities to enhance Business Services and process scope, manage the idea portfolio, and reduce process fragmentation
  • Collaborate with HR teams, managers, employees, and other departments to ensure process alignment and adoption
  • Communicate process changes and measure and improve employee experience and customer journey
  • Work with HR technology teams to support process requirements and recommend automation solutions
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and mitigate process-related risks
  • Develop and deliver training programs and provide ongoing guidance on HR processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on process improvement
  • Experience in HR Development areas is a plus
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations
  • Strong domain of Workday
  • Experience with HR technology and systems, including HRIS and applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management skills and knowledge of change management principles
  • Process improvement certifications such as Lean Six Sigma are a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Customer Orientation is a must
  • English mandatory
