About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive industrial performance across EAP Packaged Gases operations
- Champion ongoing Performance Management System adherence and continuous improvement
- Lead data architecture and business intelligence initiatives
- Ensure effective deployment and governance of the Performance Management System, including reporting, mandatory practices, and yearly performance-plan programs
- Close the loop on performance and reliability corrective actions
- Ensure selected program initiatives are implemented with quality and outputs are shared with operations and Group Industrial Direction
- Contribute to securing funding for Group Industrial Programs and Initiatives
- Partner with BPOs and Domain Heads to build core data models, enforce data quality standards, and assess legacy data readiness
- Lead delivery of scalable Power BI dashboards, predictive analytics, and automated workflows
- Partner with the GDO to scale local tools
- Serve as Business PM for cluster data initiatives, driving project governance, user adoption, and legacy reporting decommissioning
- Collaborate with the Cluster management team, Cluster industrial direction, entity operations, and Group industrial direction
Requirements
What you’ll need- More than 5–8 years of experience, including in operations or industrial directions (supply chain or manufacturing/production management) in an industrial gases company
- Controlling/Ops Control experience is a plus
- Knowledge of industrial gas processes, with a focus on manufacturing and logistics, with an end-to-end perspective
- Knowledge and experience of what makes an industrial operation perform, including mastering the Fundamentals, productivity/efficiency/operation excellence, supply chain strategy, and capex and investment strategy
- Experience with transformation programs and associated change management
- Continuous improvement experience
- Hands-on expertise in Power BI dashboard development, data modeling, and designing automated analytical workflows
- Strong knowledge of Data Governance, data quality standards, and master data architecture
