About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead deployment projects within Seppic’s digital program, particularly the 2026 MES rollout, acting as the D&IT project manager
Manage the lifecycle of IT solutions dedicated to manufacturing
Support business users through training, change management, and the promotion of best practices
Manage technical and functional incidents
Manage tool access and user roles
Implement enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
Propose solutions to optimize business processes
Monitor digital developments through internal and external benchmarking and engagement with innovative organizations
Build relationships with business process owners and Production teams across factories
Define project scope and the project charter
Initiate and plan projects, including specifications, budget, resources, and schedule
Execute configuration and development of pilots and interfaces, data migration, testing, user training, deployment, and go-live
Coordinate Digital & IT, OT, and business stakeholders
Apply innovative project management methods, including Agile, to ensure project efficiency and success

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 to 10 years of experience in information systems or Digital
Experience with digital solutions supporting manufacturing processes, including MES and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Knowledge of industrial IT and OT/IT interactions
Experience in change management
Proficiency in project management, particularly Agile and user-centered (UX) methods
Knowledge of computerized system validation processes in a GMP/GxP environment using the GAMP 5 methodology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Rigor, organization, prioritization, and synthesis skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Results-oriented and user-experience-focused mindset
Fluency in English is mandatory
Willingness to travel frequently to industrial sites in France and occasionally in Europe and worldwide
Ability to work from La Garenne-Colombes or Castres
