About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead routine data cleaning initiatives for EAP countries
Support data access governance and user permissioning for local entities
Identify data gaps and system errors and develop interim solutions
Automate and run reports tracking Behaviour and Performance KPIs
Assist transition from Excel-based tracking to Power BI dashboards
Analyze and flag performance trends for strategic decision-making
Support onboarding and training for new sales team members
Support BPO and local entities with SFE tool enhancements and system updates
Maintain SFE playbooks, SOPs and training resources
Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize commercial processes
Use emerging technologies such as Gemini/AI to improve workflows and data analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need

0–2 years of experience in a commercial, analytical, or IT support role
Prior exposure to CRM systems and/or PowerBI is a plus
Bachelor in Business, Engineering, Finance, IT or related field
AL AI readiness training or certification covering Statistics, Python, Git and Basic ML
GDO Power BI level 4 certification + PBI Premium ML Ops
Ability to support data cleaning, access governance, reporting, tool transitions and commercial process standardization
