  • Drive projects that improve AI agents’ effectiveness across the software development workflow by providing tools that enable efficient, reliable, high-quality results
  • Contribute to Airbnb’s iOS Platform team mission of empowering engineers to deliver innovative solutions with high velocity and quality at scale

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 9+ years of industry experience in software development
  • Experience building reliable developer tooling in Go
  • Experience working with Ruby and maintaining or improving existing tooling
  • Experience leveraging Agentic AI to improve software development workflows and drive large scale migrations
  • Experience identifying and addressing inefficiencies in AI agent workflows to improve execution time, token efficiency, reliability, and quality
  • Experience working in medium- to large-scale codebases
  • iOS development experience in Swift, including building applications, libraries, and frameworks
  • Ability to travel to the San Francisco office for about a week each quarter for gatherings
  • Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity
  • Experience designing and developing build systems (e.g. Bazel) [Nice to have]
