About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop AI agents and advanced data analytics solutions to accelerate digital transformation and support the integrity of global activities
Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and reusable digital solutions for audit teams in compliance with AI Governance and GDPR
Support use case maturation from ideation to deployment, including continuous auditing, automated working papers, and business case tracking
Develop data models, dashboards, and statistical analyses to script and execute automated audit analytics routines
Coordinate solution implementation across IT, digital, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders
Define maintenance, lifecycle management, and governance frameworks for deployed audit analytics and AI tools
Drive the digital evolution of audit operations as part of a functional, multicultural, and transnational team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant professional experience (5+ years) in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or related technical domains
Proven technical mastery of Python, SQL, Palantir Foundry, Power BI, Google Workspace, Gemini, and AI/LLM frameworks
Background in Digital Transformation projects and/or Internal Audit analytics
Demonstrated agility to rapidly master complex regulatory frameworks (export control, trade laws)
Strong interpersonal skills
Fluency in English
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, transnational environment
Commitment to act with integrity and awareness of potential compliance risks
