About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and technical data models for information management solutions
  • Design and deliver interactive analytics dashboards and reports using Spotfire and Skywise (Palantir Foundry)
  • Perform data profiling, data cleansing, and data mapping activities to resolve data quality issues and safeguard governance standards
  • Coordinate stakeholder alignment as the primary interface between operational business units and technical development teams
  • Define and monitor project KPIs to evaluate solution deployment and user adoption rates
  • Develop advanced data architectures and enterprise analytics solutions for helicopter engineering and manufacturing
  • Translate business needs into data requirements to optimize operational decision-making and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed bachelor's degree in IT or a comparable field of study
  • Minimum 5–10 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or within an Information Management function
  • Strong technical expertise in analytics tools and data platforms, including SQL, Power BI, and Palantir Foundry/Skywise
  • Solid proficiency in data modeling, ETL pipeline architectures, and data warehouse principles
  • Practical experience working within Agile frameworks, including Scrum and SAFe
  • Experience using project tracking tools such as Jira
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Conversational German is highly desirable
