About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a team member within the Production and Manufacturing Engineering team in an Agile environment
- Contribute to solution delivery in compliance with SAP standards
- Gather requirements, validate proposed solutions, conduct testing, and prepare user documentation
- Support process and solution deployment through change management, data migration, cutover, and hypercare support
- Integrate Manufacturing Engineering and Shopfloor processes with Finance, Planning & Supply, and Logistics
- Collaborate with Operations stakeholders, key users, end users, Process Owners, and Information Management teams from discovery through go-live
- Participate in the design and deployment of the SAP core model across Airbus sites
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, or Production Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in the aerospace sector or other complex industries, such as automotive or defense
- Strong understanding of global, end-to-end supply chain processes
- In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing Systems or Manufacturing Engineering
- Good command of SAP supply chain modules
- Familiarity with project management and SAFe/Agile frameworks
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory
- Proficiency in French, German, and/or Spanish is an advantage
- SAP certifications and S/4HANA expertise are a plus
