About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee a comprehensive portfolio of cloud projects through their lifecycle from opportunity to Entry-into-Service
Manage projects for internal container platforms, including OpenShift and Vanilla Kubernetes, and IaaS infrastructure
Manage and coordinate connectivity with external public cloud environments
Own project topics to achieve objectives for time, scope, cost, and quality
Collect and agree business requirements with business partners
Plan, allocate, and manage project budgets
Define, implement, and drive project teams and matrix organisations
Align with and involve Product Managers, Technical/Developer teams, and Service Delivery Managers
Manage partners, suppliers, risks, opportunities, and contracts
Prepare release planning and prioritisation of EPICS
Track project progress and actuals and present updates to Steering Committees and stakeholders
Follow the ADGPP Project Management Lifecycle using Waterfall or Agile methods
Create and maintain project documentation, manage projects in Unified Planning, request resources, update costs, write reports, track progress, and adapt schedules
Ensure smooth project-to-service handover, including knowledge transfer and defect reporting
Capture lessons learned and documentation in the official Digital repository
Improve project execution through synergies, tailoring, automation, and reduced duplication

Requirements

What you’ll need

Apprenticeship or Bachelor degree (or equivalent education) with focus on IT
Project management expertise (Waterfall & Agile)
Good technical understanding to communicate with technical teams and stakeholders, primarily around cloud native applications
Prior high-level experience in a programming language, infrastructure, or another IT-related field is advantageous
Collaborative, self-motivated profile with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent team player
Fluent in English is mandatory
German, Spanish, or French skills are a plus
Awareness of potential compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity
