About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate, align, standardise, monitor and support OW performance governance across central functions and OWx plants
- Drive transformation to simplify and streamline performance and operational excellence governance within Operations
- Deliver an effective and harmonised performance management system across OW, enabling yearly KPI targets and TCOs
- Contribute to continuous improvement and potential new developments of the digital Performance Management System
- Maintain the Performance Management System using basic programming
- Act as a digital performance expert and provide training using a train-the-trainers approach
- Develop awareness and strategy for digital transformation, including training and e-learning
- Consolidate, create and prepare business dashboards and reports, ensuring data consistency and appropriate KPI analysis
- Manage transformational changes and create deployment plans for implementation
- Support transversal OW activities including resource and competence management, CAPEX, SDOs, R&Ops and SteerCo inputs
- Standardise and harmonise inventory processes across OW and support Finance with cascading target setting across plants
- Orchestrate and animate the performance and operational excellence network, share best practices, collect feedback and identify improvement areas
- Contribute to benchmarking activities and new transversal projects
- Travel occasionally for business depending on the final location
- Act with integrity and remain aware of potential compliance risks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally background in IT and/or science and/or engineering
- 10 years experience in business/data analytics; experience with Skywise would be a plus
- Basic programming knowledge in JavaScript and/or Python
- 10 years experience in performance management and/or improving business processes within a corporate environment
- AOS/OES/Lean expertise would be an asset
- Project management expertise, including strong organisational and planning skills within a complex environment and strong stakeholder management
- Strong analytical skills; structured, autonomous, fast-learner, proactive, pragmatic mindset and can-do attitude
- Strong soft and communication skills, with clarity, consistency and adaptability
- Ability to structure a concrete action plan in a complex environment with various expectations
- Ability to challenge the status quo
- English language at negotiation level; other languages would be an asset
- Band V if requirements are met
