About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Track end-to-end QSR topics from procurement and manufacturing plants through engineering, Final Assembly Line operations, and airworthiness
  • Manage Notices of Escape, Inflow Control Boards, industrial impacts, and in-service issues within the A220 manufacturing and design system
  • Launch corrective actions for QSRs related to late non-quality declarations from suppliers or Airbus Canada
  • Strengthen collaboration with Procurement Operations, Quality Operations, and Customer Services
  • Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings to review action status and share information
  • Provide performance dashboards with relevant KPIs for action tracking and process compliance
  • Participate in technical root-cause meetings and connect findings with existing corrective actions
  • Contribute to the feedback loop
  • Manage risks, customer protection, and communications while balancing delivery, quality, technical, and customer-service constraints
  • Communicate topic status to procurement, manufacturing, engineering, delivery, and customer-service teams
  • Integrate Airbus Commercial best practices into Airbus Canada QSR processes
  • Minimize Airbus exposure during delivery and in-service phases
  • Promote a quality-focused, customer-centric mindset

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in management or engineering and 3–5 years of experience, or 10 years of equivalent experience in program management, engineering, liaison, or industrialization
  • Project management experience; PMP certification is a strong asset
  • Technical background in aeronautical development and commercial operations
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Microsoft Project
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fully bilingual in spoken and written French and English
  • Awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to acting with integrity
