About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary regional representative for Commercial Process, Performance & Transformation (ASCX)
  • Bridge regional teams with central ASCX pillars: processes, performance, data analytics, and automation
  • Drive change, creativity, commercial excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Lead and support regional and global transformation projects and initiatives
  • Manage the regional commercial project portfolio and its financial impact and performance metrics
  • Ensure alignment with ASCX and support the Regional Managing Director
  • Ensure timely achievement of milestones and deliverables using LBIP and Agile project methodologies
  • Execute the regional Airbus Operating System (AOS) roadmap
  • Represent ASCX in the Regional Customer Satisfaction Review Board and other commercial forums
  • Represent the region in global projects and initiatives outside ASC
  • Drive a culture of creativity, commercial excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a highly related field
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of related experience leading cross-functional, regional and global continuous improvement and transformation projects and initiatives in a complex setting
  • Proven experience (5-10 years) in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of aviation aftermarket commercial operations
  • Expertise in process optimization methodologies preferred
  • Additional certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) highly desired
  • Ability to travel up to 30% Domestic and International
  • Authorized to work in the respective region without current or future need for visa sponsorship
  • Able to travel independently and at short notice
  • Able to carry and lift documents, tools, drawings, and electronic equipment up to 30 lbs/14 kgs
  • Required PPE includes safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, respirators/masks, and/or protective gloves as required by site or customer site
  • Steel-toed shoes required for shop floor visits
