About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the IVV team assigned to the design phase of the IRIS² project
Develop IVV strategies and associated estimates for tenders involving SATCOM Ground Segment solutions
Produce cost estimates and define IVV solutions for tenders
Consolidate the IVVQ strategy with subsystems, suppliers, customers, and partners
Define and establish the required IVV team in coordination with department management
Verify that the defined solution and system meet customer requirements
Plan, lead, monitor, and report on IVVQ activities, including costs and schedules
Organize deliveries and acceptance activities with the customer
Define and deliver secure, end-to-end, multi-domain communication systems across air, land, sea, and space
Work with Chief Engineers, System Architecture Managers, and System IVV Managers and Testers

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 10 years of experience in IVVQ activities for complex systems
Experience responding to tenders involving SATCOM systems
Knowledge of planning tools and best practices
Knowledge of test and defect configuration-management tools
Knowledge of SATCOM systems infrastructure, telecommunications infrastructure, or 5G infrastructure (core network or RAN)
Professional fluency in English and previous experience working in an international environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a multifunctional team
Previous experience on an ESA project is an advantage
Security clearance required, or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities
Must hold French nationality in accordance with IGI 1300 of 30 November 2011 (Article 65)
