About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage customer relationships and coordinate internal technical, finance, procurement, and sales teams.
Prepare and lead follow-up meetings with customers and management teams.
Ensure customer satisfaction and proactively escalate needs or incidents.
Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and external service providers.
Ensure compliance with commitments regarding schedule, cost, and quality (On-Time, On-Cost, On-Quality).
Track service requests and incident resolution.
Manage the administrative follow-up of contracts, including price revisions and requests to extend due dates.
Ensure compliance with procedures relating to public procurement contracts.
Monitor the project’s financial performance, including orders, monthly invoicing, and collections.
Produce and distribute activity reports to customers and end users.

Requirements

What you’ll need

This position requires a security clearance or eligibility to obtain a clearance from the relevant authorities.
Applicants must hold French nationality in accordance with IGI 1300 of August 9, 2021 (§1.2.2.1).
Proven experience in service project management, ideally in telecommunications or the defense sector.
Strong knowledge of financial management and order tracking.
Knowledge of the military organization and its operating codes.
Technical skills in software development, particularly VBA, SQL, or Shell.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a demanding environment.
Travel in France and abroad is expected to meet with customers.
