About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Join Airbus Defence and Space’s System Design department within Airbus Public Safety and Security
  • Develop MCX client simulators using Android applications and web tools
  • Design a virtualized automated testing tool to verify the AGNET critical communications solution at the server-infrastructure level after deployment
  • Gain an understanding of the AGNET MCX solution, its key functionalities, and client-server exchanges
  • Analyze requirements, write specifications, and evaluate existing internal R&D, market, and AI tools
  • Define the testing strategy, design functional test plans, and model the automated architecture using virtualization and scripting
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure solution non-regression
  • Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including user, architecture, and deployment guides
  • Work with a tutor throughout the internship to develop your skills and achieve your professional objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (second year) or in the fifth year of an engineering school in Computer Engineering, Networks and/or Telecommunications, or an equivalent field
  • French nationality required in accordance with IGI 1300 of 9 August 2021
  • Security clearance required, or eligibility for clearance by the relevant authorities
  • Technical skills in deploying and configuring virtualization tools
  • Knowledge of networking mechanisms and tools, including DNS, routers, IP protocols, and Wireshark
  • Experience with Android systems and web technologies
  • Knowledge of test automation, including Pytest, Robot Framework, and Appium
  • Intermediate English
  • Fluent French
