About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Higher education qualification (2–5 years of post-secondary study) in HVAC engineering, industrial automation, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in HVAC, control systems, or building management/building automation systems (BMS/BAS)
  • Initial experience in technical training is a significant advantage
  • Ideally, strong knowledge of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and domestic hot water production systems
  • Ideally, strong knowledge of building control and automation systems
  • Ideally, proficiency in communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, KNX, MQTT, or equivalent technologies
  • Ideally, proficiency in reading electrical and hydraulic diagrams
  • Ideally, proficiency with office software and online learning platforms
  • Fluent French is essential
  • Spanish language skills would be an advantage
  • Extensive mobility within your assigned area is essential
  • Frequent travel to customer, partner, distributor, and training center sites
