Provide final delivery, assembly, and/or repair of consumer goods in customers' homes
Read and follow manufacturer manuals and instructions
Build products to manufacturer specifications
Travel to repair sites using personal transportation
Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Repair experience with fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products
Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and similar products
Ability to read and comprehend manufacturer's manuals and repair instructions
Own transportation to and from repair sites
Own hand and power tools
Experience and mechanical aptitude to build products to manufacturer specifications
Must have an EIN (federal tax ID)
Comply with insurance and vehicle registration requirements
DOT/MC numbers may be required for GVWR over 10,000 lbs.
Comply with state laws for the vehicle used to complete work
Pass background and drug screens
Pass MVR screening for driving contractors
