About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify and repair fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs and similar products
- Repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers and similar products
- Build products to manufacturer specifications
- Provide final delivery, assembly and/or repair of consumer goods in customers’ homes
- Deliver fast and reliable home services for high-end companies sending goods directly to consumers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge and ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products
- Ability to read and comprehend manufacturer’s manuals and instructions used in repairing equipment
- Own transportation to and from repair sites
- Own hand and power tools
- Experience and mechanical aptitude to build products to manufacturer specifications
- Must have an EIN (federal tax ID)
- Comply with insurance and vehicle registrations
- DOT/MC numbers may be required for GVWR over 10,000 lbs.
- Must comply with state laws for the vehicle being used
- Pass background and drug screens
- Pass MVR screening for driving contractors
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Tech savvy with a mobile phone
- Excellent communication skills
