About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products
- Perform final delivery, assembly, and/or repair of consumer goods in customers' homes
- Build products to manufacturer specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clients
- Use mobile technology to support the work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge and ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products
- Ability to read and comprehend manufacturer's manuals and repair instructions
- Must have your own transportation to and from repair sites
- Must own hand and power tools
- Experience and mechanical aptitude to build products to manufacturer specifications
- Must have an EIN (federal tax ID)
- Must comply with insurance and vehicle registration requirements
- DOT/MC numbers may be required for GVWR over 10,000 lbs.
- Must comply with state laws for the vehicle used to complete work
- Must pass background and drug screens
- Must pass an MVR check if driving
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Tech savvy with a mobile phone
- Excellent communication skills
