About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and evolve responsive React and TypeScript experiences for IAM workflows
- Make design decisions with product managers and the design system team
- Design and maintain integrations between the portal, backend services, and third-party systems
- Work across backend, React frontend, and DevOps infrastructure
- Scope, estimate, and challenge product features with the product team
- Mentor teammates and contribute to architectural discussions
- Facilitate agile ceremonies
- Own end-to-end delivery from infrastructure to user interface
- Use and improve DevOps setup including Terraform, CI/CD, and cloud platforms
- Collaborate with engineering teams and other disciplines to balance technical, user, and business needs
- Build secure, scalable IAM foundations that protect customer trust and enable seamless product access
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong React and TypeScript skills
- Experience building maintainable, accessible, and user-friendly applications
- Comfortable contributing to CI/CD and modern development practices
- Experience owning pipelines or third-party systems is a plus
- Curiosity about IAM or identity-related domains
- C#/.NET backend knowledge is a plus
- Experience with identity solutions or platforms such as Auth0, Frontegg, Keycloak, or IdentityServer is a plus
- Comfortable collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers
- Experience coordinating work and contributing to architectural discussions
- Holistic approach to product design, purpose, users, functionality, and deadlines
