About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support systems integration between Aizon technology and other pharmaceutical manufacturing systems
- Help design and implement data management strategies to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout integration processes
- Support Senior Solution Architects in analyzing customer needs and building specific solutions using company-provided product tools and algorithms
- Participate in internal initiatives, projects, and client proofs of concept
- Propose platform improvements addressing biotech needs for research labs, OEMs, and pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Identify new-business opportunities based on training and onboarding experience
- Collaborate with data scientists, quality engineers, usability experts, support engineers, and clients to improve the platform and expand standard solutions
- Develop and implement systems architecture and solutions on the Aizon platform
- Gather requirements and functional specifications
- Assess existing software systems and identify improvement areas
- Oversee development teams
- Update the company on systems architecture project developments
- Integrate updated specifications and requirements into systems architecture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Aspire to gain more experience in engineering and software architecture design
- Medium-level understanding of Python, Java, JavaScript, and React
- Desire to learn biotechnological processes, such as fermentation, chromatography, and viral inactivation, and pharma regulations
- Willingness to comply with ISO standards and GMP regulations in a highly regulated environment
- Experience with integration of MES, LIMS, ERP, QMS, SAP, and SCADA systems is nice to have
- Experience in manufacturing and functional knowledge of bioreactors, sterilizers, analyzers, scales, and related software is nice to have
- Comfortable using SQL databases is nice to have
- Data engineering/integration experience is nice to have
- Basic understanding of AI and machine learning algorithms is nice to have
- Previous project management experience is advantageous
- Knowledge of operating systems and databases is nice to have
- Experience in statistics and data visualization is nice to have
- Knowledge of data modeling for advanced analytics is valued
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Business analysis capabilities
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Able to work in a team and be project-oriented
- Availability to travel to visit clients is required
