About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze the effectiveness of access controls, ensuring ongoing alignment with regulatory and industry requirements (J-SOX, ISO 27001, LGPD, and internal policies).
Conduct periodic audits of user accounts, Privileged Access Management (PAM) password vaults, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions, and access profiles in the SAP environment.
Mitigate segregation of duties (SoD) risks and unauthorized access.
Monitor and manage the identity lifecycle (IAM/IGA), applying least-privilege best practices and protection against identity threats.
Collaborate on the creation and delivery of Information Security awareness programs to engage employees in protecting data and access.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Incomplete or completed higher education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
Practical experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Knowledge of privileged access management and Privileged Access Management (PAM) password vault tools.
Knowledge of SAP access processes and risk matrices.
Technical knowledge of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), particularly as it relates to data protection and privacy in access management.
Knowledge of the ISO 27001 standard.
Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks and solutions — preferred but not required.
Knowledge of IAM tools (SailPoint, SAP GRC Access Control, Active Directory) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) — preferred but not required.
Security or IAM certifications, such as Security+, CISSP, CISM, and CDPSE — preferred but not required.
