About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage orders from entry into the system through delivery to the customer, always complying with internal policies and procedures.
- Continuously analyze order status.
- Schedule deliveries and other related activities.
- Identify potential inventory variances and opportunities.
- Monitor potential returns and recurring situations related to daily operations.
- Provide support to customers and internal teams in Sales, Logistics, and other relevant departments by resolving requests related to operational processes.
- Support the Sales Administration team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, along with a proactive approach.
- At least 6 months of experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
