About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct personal consultations, primarily digitally
- Work with clients to develop realistic career prospects and individualized education pathways
- Analyze clients’ professional backgrounds and identify qualification needs
- Derive well-founded education recommendations
- Support clients through the start of their training or qualification program and remain their point of contact for further career development
- Maintain existing contacts with funding providers and companies and establish new partnerships
- Monitor the labor market and identify emerging qualification needs
- Contribute insights to the ongoing development of the education portfolio
- Document client and partner contacts systematically in the CRM system
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial training, for example in an IT-related commercial field, or a degree in business administration or a comparable discipline
- Ideally, professional experience in the education sector, staffing services, recruiting, or another consulting-focused role
- Experience in publicly funded education is an advantage but not required
- Interest in labor market developments and a strong sense of career opportunities
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for proactively engaging with people and organizations
- Structured and self-directed approach to work
- Confident using digital applications and CRM systems
- Entrepreneurial mindset, together with a solution-oriented and reliable approach to work
