Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial training, for example in IT-related business administration, or a degree in business administration or a comparable field
  • Ideally, professional experience in the education sector, personnel services, recruiting, or another consultation-intensive role
  • Experience in publicly funded education is an advantage but not required
  • Interest in labor market developments and a strong sense for career prospects
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
  • Enjoyment of proactively engaging with individuals and organizations
  • Structured and self-directed working style
  • Confident use of digital applications and CRM systems
  • Willingness to work at the Munich, Rosenheim, or Karlsruhe locations
  • Good German language skills are required due to the German-language nature of the consulting work
