Key responsibilities & impact

Strategize and deliver branding strategy in Spain, including social media, web content, and events strategies
Plan, attend, and execute programming for interns
Build and maintain effective candidate relationships across countries in EMEA
Document internal processes and procedures
Maintain internal web pages and recruiting tools
Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, debriefs, and offer negotiation
Collaborate with universities across Poland, Spain, Israel, and more

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree and returning to the program after completion of the internship
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with global teammates
Passion for learning about university relations, talent acquisition, and program branding
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
