Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure adherence to company policies by promoting effective procurement processes and systems
Analyze spend data to identify cost-reduction opportunities and emerging trends
Maintain accurate procurement records, databases, and reports according to established standards and procedures
Monitor sourcing projects and purchase orders for policy and contract compliance
Collaborate with procurement, IT, Finance, Legal, accounting, global business leaders, and international employees
Prepare standard procurement reports and dashboards
Support procurement process improvements
Deliver excellent customer service to procurement teams and business stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of relevant experience in procurement
Expertise in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
Expertise with ERP or procurement systems such as Oracle, SAP, Coupa, or Ariba
Familiarity with spend analysis and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional teamwork and communication abilities
Proficiency in English
Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and manage multiple activities concurrently
Proven experience managing multi-region customers and suppliers, including a diverse supplier base
