About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead planning of regional business reviews
- Coordinate the Regional Operating Committee by setting agendas, prioritizing strategic topics, and tailoring content for executive messaging
- Support the Regional Managing Director and cross-functional leaders in staying aligned, focused, and organized around regional priorities
- Refine team workflows through initiative, learning from senior team members, and reliable teamwork
- Lead the evolution of existing Centers of Excellence
- Develop and operationalize a program governance model to optimize current structures and enable future growth
- Partner with Site Leaders and governance teams to capture and analyze data on site events globally
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Development Studies, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in program management
- Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering measurable social impact
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build and nurture relationships across diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic thinking ability
- Ability to translate vision into action
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
