Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with internal customers, data architects, and business stakeholders to design, build, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines and high-performance Tableau solutions
Design, develop, and deploy robust data pipelines, dimensional data models, and enterprise Tableau dashboards
Design, build, and maintain high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL and Python
Architect scalable star/snowflake schemas and data marts optimized for Tableau extracts, live connections, and custom SQL queries
Develop, publish, and maintain Tableau dashboards, complex LOD calculations, and Row-Level Security architectures
Translate complex business requirements into data modeling specifications and advanced visual capabilities
Oversee Tableau Server/Cloud administration, enterprise folder structures, user permissions, and extract refresh scheduling
Serve as a subject matter expert in business data assets, data quality governance, and performance tuning
Provide guidance and technical assistance on data pipeline CI/CD, process improvements, technical documentation, and ongoing operational support
Deliver insights to educate and guide stakeholders, including executive leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
6+ years of relevant data engineering experience delivering scalable data infrastructure and high-quality BI solutions
Expert proficiency in Tableau development, including enterprise data source creation, dashboard design, complex LOD calculations, RLS, and performance optimization
Advanced SQL query writing skills
Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, AIDP, or Oracle
Strong technical skills in Python for data manipulation, ETL automation, and orchestration tools such as dbt and Apache Airflow
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and articulation skills
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts such as predictive modeling and automated forecasting, or experience integrating ML models into analytics pipelines
Ability to multitask, collaborate, prioritize, solve complex structural problems, and work in a fast-changing environment
Ability to work cross-functionally and interact effectively with all organizational levels
