Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable performance testing frameworks and automated benchmarking suites for distributed cloud computing platforms
Design, implement, and execute automated regression, load, stress, and performance tests for software, infrastructure, and newly onboarded server hardware
Establish performance baselines, hardware validation standards, acceptance criteria, and performance thresholds for worldwide compute fleet implementations
Monitor and validate SLAs, latency targets, system throughput, and infrastructure performance to identify bottlenecks and ensure platform reliability
Build, scale, and optimize Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, regression, and performance gating
Collaborate with software developers, SREs, and datacenter teams to improve testing architectures, resolve performance issues, and enhance system quality
Determine testing requirements, develop solutions, and improve testing workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Explicit knowledge and understanding of high-level hardware and software performance objectives
Data analysis techniques for complex performance telemetry
Ability to build predictive capacity models and publish actionable technical insights
Expertise in Python
Experience with Go
Linux/Bash scripting for backend automation, system tools, and test suites
CI/CD and DevOps integration
Jenkins for pipeline scaling
