About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage complex technical projects end-to-end through close cross-functional team collaboration
Align technical strategy and business goals with fast, efficient software delivery
Orchestrate program increment planning, timelines, backlog priorities, risks, technical trade-offs, and critical dependencies
Establish transparent reporting dashboards, Jira structures, and data visualization tools for leadership
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, team routines, and clear communication channels across stakeholders
Oversee release schedules, testing cycles, and critical cross-functional integration points
Guide squads as a change agent through methodology, process, and cultural transformations
Lead impactful technical projects across R&D from requirements through delivery
Optimize operations using automation and data insights
Align engineering teams, product managers, and executives to ensure smooth delivery, transparency, and effective risk management

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of project management or PMO experience in software development
Extensive knowledge of Agile frameworks
Experience with Jira, including Plans and Structure
Experience with Confluence
Hands-on experience using generative AI tools such as Claude Code and Gemini
Experience with automated project workflows
Ability to evaluate R&D processes and align strategic goals with operational execution
Mastery of data management and metrics visualization
Ability to deliver predictive analytics and identify risks early
Clear project leadership and communication skills
Curious, self-motivated mindset with passion for experimenting with modern AI solutions
