Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of developers and site reliability engineers in a key routing services reliability program
Support cross-functional teams and provide subject matter expertise in planning and execution of multiple projects and programs
Apply technical fluency, program management, and relationship skills to deliver compute solutions
Foster effective communication and maintain meticulous documentation
Report program status, risks and opportunities, process dependencies, and success metrics to senior internal stakeholders
Engage with key collaborators to evaluate and identify business risks, understand priorities, and propose solutions
Adopt best-practice guidelines and implement continuous process improvements
Maintain and nurture relationships with internal engineering teams, focusing on server hardware components
Align engineering execution with organizational strategy and customer needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant experience and a Bachelor's diploma or its equivalent
Proficient experience in program or project management in a cross-functional and technical team
Sufficient technical background to provide credibility to technical teams and objectively evaluate risks and issues
Experience navigating ambiguity, managing risks, and adapting to changing priorities
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Ability to adapt quickly and respond to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
Excellent teamwork and eagerness to engage in diverse, creative, and innovative projects
