About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead programs and initiatives across the division from concept to market
Align product, engineering, and business teams to exceed customer expectations
Lead 15–20 engineers and drive execution of complex compute programs
Support cross-functional teams and provide subject matter expertise in planning and execution of multiple projects and programs
Foster effective communication and maintain meticulous documentation
Report program status, risks, opportunities, process dependencies, and success metrics to senior internal stakeholders
Engage with key collaborators to communicate progress, evaluate and identify business risks, understand priorities, and propose solutions
Adopt best-practice guidelines to influence and implement
Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment that enables engineers to succeed and grow

Requirements

What you’ll need

8 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
Proficient experience in program or project management in a cross-functional and technical team
Sufficient technical background to provide credibility to technical teams and accurately and objectively evaluate risks and issues
Experience navigating ambiguity, managing risks, and adapting to changing priorities
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Action-oriented with solid analytical skills
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to inspire people at all levels of the organization without direct authority
Proficient experience managing Agile work processes
