About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner across SRE, Product, and Platform Engineering to establish reliability, performance, and platform health roadmaps
Drive reliability programs including SLOs/SLIs, error budget governance, disaster recovery drills, and multi-region resilience testing
Champion platform performance and health initiatives by identifying architectural bottlenecks, systemic failure modes, and capacity constraints
Lead operational excellence and toil-reduction programs, automate operational workflows, modernize observability, and establish production readiness standards
Orchestrate cross-functional dependency management and unblock complex initiatives
Align engineering priorities between feature velocity and platform stability
Provide executive visibility into platform health metrics, reliability trends, and critical program milestones

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant technical program management experience partnering with SRE, cloud infrastructure, or distributed systems teams
Comfort navigating ambiguity, handling risks, and shifting priorities in rapidly evolving environments
Deep familiarity with SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, observability (metrics, logs, traces), high-availability architectures, and chaos/resilience principles
Proven track record driving cross-functional alignment across product, architecture, and operations teams
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Solid technical fluency, including technical trade-offs, scaling limits, and failure domains
Excellent communication and influence skills
Fluent in English
Relevant experience or a Bachelor's or Master's diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
