Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the full software development lifecycle and product development process for various solutions
Manage complex, multi-disciplinary programs from concept to market, including schedule and investment tracking

Requirements

What you’ll need

8 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
Experience navigating ambiguity, managing risks, and adapting to changing priorities
Ability to inspire people at all levels of the organization without direct authority
Solid capability in change management and transformation processes
Experience with Agile methodologies
Experience managing cross-functional technical teams
