About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the full software development lifecycle for the API Security product portfolio
- Manage complex projects with meticulous attention to detail, rigorous prioritization, and proactive scheduling
- Drive sprint planning and execution with Engineering, Research, and Product teams
- Liaise across Sales, Sales Engineering, Services, and Support
- Identify and resolve project conflicts and roadblocks to ensure timely milestone delivery
- Develop detailed project plans covering schedules, resource allocation, and risk management
- Create and optimize processes and track core performance metrics to sustain operational excellence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 5+ years managing technical software projects within Agile or Scrum frameworks
- Proven experience optimizing product and engineering delivery processes within B2B technology organizations
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and generative AI tools such as Claude and Gemini
- Analytical skills, big-picture thinking, a strong sense of urgency, and a proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse, non-technical audiences
