About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end program planning and execution for major AI platform initiatives
  • Define technical roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and risks
  • Lead the Product Development Process and the full software development lifecycle and release process for AI products and solutions
  • Lead complex technical projects and manage programs from concept to market
  • Manage program planning, risks, and schedules
  • Establish program metrics and track progress
  • Monitor updates and communicate changes to leaders
  • Offer guidance and mentor team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8 years of relevant experience in technical program management, cloud infrastructure engineering or AI/ML
  • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, handling risks, and shifting gears as needed
  • Ability to inspire people at all levels of the organization without authority
  • Ability in change management and transformation processes
  • Significant experience in Agile processes and methodologies
  • Professional experience as a Project Manager/Program Manager working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage high-visibility, time-sensitive, large-scale complex programs in a fast-paced environment
  • Domain knowledge in cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, distributed systems, or AI/ML inference workloads
  • Technical understanding of AI/ML systems
  • Citizenship is not required
  • Security clearance is not required
