Establish cross-functional teams and coordinate subject matter experts to establish, plan, and implement programs
Manage program plans, dependencies, deliverables, and risks
Align resources and provide proactive program visibility
Evaluate and improve processes, tools, and best practices
Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset

Requirements

What you’ll need

8 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in business management or its equivalent
Significant experience in Agile processes and methodologies
Ability to navigate ambiguity, handle risks, and shift gears as needed
Experience in change management and transformation processes
Experience with business process, operations, and metric definition best practices
Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to inspire people at all levels of the organization without authority
Ability to work effectively across a wide range of constituencies in a diverse corporate and client environment
