About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide managed services and proactive and reactive support to global customers
Integrate and maintain Akamai security, media, and performance solutions
Own all technical aspects of delivery, including design, testing, and go-live, for media, web, and security solutions
Act as a proactive technical consultant for customers
Deliver value with every customer engagement
Innovate and continually improve internal methodologies and processes
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues during customer implementations
Lead end-to-end projects from design through implementation, testing, and sign-off

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years of relevant experience with High School Diploma, Bachelor's Diploma, or equivalent
Experience with internet technologies and understanding of IP networks, DNS, routing, and communication protocols
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience in a technical customer-facing role
Experience delivering consulting services
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PERL, and JavaScript
Proactive nature and sense of urgency
Constant desire to learn
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build trusting relationships with customers
