About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Network Operations, Sales, Services, and Support to support the product roadmap
Analyze risks and develop contingency plans
Identify and communicate backlog of work with key stakeholders
Guide stakeholders in priorities based on business needs
Communicate program status and expectation changes to senior leaders using standardized methods
Maintain and iterate on a roadmap of committed work through the current calendar
Lead projects and develop processes to measure and improve performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience working with JIRA and Confluence
Experience identifying and managing project dependencies
Experience maintaining accurate project plans with real-time milestones
Experience working with Internet technologies or protocols such as DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP
Ability to analyze workload and communicate technical issues to senior stakeholders of varying technical ability
Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work across global constituencies
