About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the invoicing process with customers, vendors, and partners worldwide
- Manage intercompany, payroll, and tax transactions
- Perform account reconciliations across subsidiaries
- Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings
- Ensure accurate and compliant financial records
- Collaborate with external accountants, auditors, lawyers, insurers, banks, and management
- Analyze financial data
- Support reporting on revenues, costs, and cash flow
- Turn financial data into insights and informed business decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
- 5–6 years of experience, ideally in a fast-paced company and/or Audit Firm
- Strong passion for accounting, financial analysis, and accurate data processing
- Proactive, hands-on approach
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data tables, Goal Seek, and CSV imports/exports
- Fluent in English and Italian, spoken and written
