  • Create visually engaging video, images, and copy aligned with social and campaign strategies
  • Track cultural moments as they gain viral traction and assess when brands should contribute
  • Track content performance in real time and provide learnings and improvement areas
  • Collaborate with creatives, strategists, social specialists, producers, and clients on format, length, and visual identity recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-7+ years of experience working in content production, either from an agency background or client direct
  • Confident communication skills to energetically engage internal and external stakeholders and articulate thoughts
  • Deep understanding of social formats, strategy and technology
  • Experience working alongside creatives, strategists and producers to make work that pushes boundaries
  • Passion for subcultures and willingness to teach people through personal insights
  • Strong written skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortability working under a sense of urgency, context switching, and being resourceful and proactive
  • Willingness to grow with and alongside the business
  • Open attitude and excitement about change; problem-solving mindset
  • Passion to champion the team within the agency
