Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years writing or managing federal proposals
Working knowledge of the FAR, Sections L and M, and set-aside rules
Clear, fast writing and strong attention to compliance details
Comfort with AI writing tools, or a real interest in mastering them
Comfortable with volume: you like shipping, and you don't need every bid to be perfect
