About the role

- Maintain employee data and personnel files, ensuring smooth HR administration processes

Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a degree program in business, human resources management, or a comparable field
- Work independently and solution-oriented, and enjoy contributing fresh ideas
- Enjoy working with people and have a good understanding of interpersonal matters
- Reliability, team spirit, and responsible handling of confidential data go without saying for you
- Initial experience in HR is a plus, but not required
- Confident user of MS Office and digital tools
