About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design high-quality digital product experiences from concept through final delivery
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and evolution of design systems and user interface
- Develop and deliver high-fidelity designs, flows, and interactive prototypes, primarily using Figma
- Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant, user-centered design solutions
- Collaborate with UX, strategy, and development teams
- Present and articulate design decisions to internal teams and client stakeholders
- Maintain a high aesthetic and craft standard across deliverables
- Support a flagship digital product experience for an established financial-services brand
Requirements
What you’ll need- A compelling portfolio demonstrating strong digital product design work across complex digital platforms
- Proven experience designing within and contributing to design systems, with a focus on scalability, consistency, and craft
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including advanced component and library management
- Strong working knowledge of user interface, application, mobile, and responsive design principles
- Ability to develop simple and elegant design solutions to complex design problems
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present and defend creative work to clients and stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, including UX and development, to deliver integrated solutions
- A proactive mindset and ability to adapt to the changing landscape of technology and design
- Must be available to work Eastern Time hours
- 40 hours/week availability
- Availability ASAP through December 23, 2026
