About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure patient safety, including pre-screening for contraindications and aseptic injection technique
- Produce high quality diagnostic images
- Order supplies, clean the unit, and assist in preparing for transport daily
- Communicate effectively with customers and/or radiologists
- Train new technologists and/or PC's
- Explain procedures to patients and help put them at ease
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience
- Registered Technologists by the ARRT, NMTCB or ARDMS
- State License, as required
- Technologists performing mid-day moves
- CPR certification
- Active state driver’s license
- Associate's Degree or Equivalent Experience (preferred)
- Registry in Magnetic Resonance by the ARRT (preferred)
